How Ren has supercharged JLL’s AI-powered approach to client centricity
Following a groundswell in adoption among individual brokers across the organization, JLL Spark invested in Ren’s sales intelligence technology in 2024. Fast forward to today, nearly 1,000 brokers from various sectors utilize our AI to serve clients better and generate deals. Thanks to tightly integrated technical and go-to-market collaboration between our firms, the partnership has yielded outsized benefits and stands in stark contrast to recent reports showing that most AI deployments fail.
Built for relationship-focused dealmakers
We started Ren in 2020 to help professionals turn relationships into opportunities. Our technology analyzes millions of paywalled news and data sources in real-time to surface revenue-generating signals that aren’t on LinkedIn. Producers across JLL leverage Ren to stay on top of important news on their network, discover opportunities, and send contextual outreach that cuts through the noise with prospects and clients.
There’s no shortage of sales technology designed for high-volume, transactional outreach. Instead, we built Ren for relationship-based dealmaking, where the recipe to success is thought leadership combined with timeliness and a touch of serendipity.
Ren has built its own proprietary AI and also uses an ensemble of models from OpenAI, Gemini, Flair, and other leading AI labs to power various capabilities to uncover timely, deal-winning signals, relationship-mapping, and personalized outreach. The result is a far superior capability than simply using ChatGPT to do table stakes research, and has powered JLL’s cutting-edge transformation of a historically analog industry.
Integrated deployment
The investment and collaboration with JLL Spark have been key to the partnership’s success. JLL’s IT department has configured Outlook and target lists so that when brokers onboard to Ren, their professional networks are automatically synced and prioritized.
The JLL Spark team has developed and distributed bespoke collateral, including a Hollywood-grade sizzle reel showcasing top producers using Ren to its global network of brokers. They’ve also sourced numerous success stories from JLL users that we share on LinkedIn to drive awareness and adoption:
